Account Executive

DUTIES
The Account Executive will be primarily responsible for identifying new opportunities for revenue and profit growth, and will typically be assigned a set of accounts to take ownership of the acquisition activity for them.  The Account Executive will need to maintain relationships at strategic levels within the account, from executives to end user to ensure strategic alignment with the customer's goals and vision.
  • Ensure the management of a large account base by providing superior customer service, driving the solutions.
  • Responsible for driving Priority Solutions in all current and target accounts
  • Maximize revenue and profit opportunities within assigned account and target base
  • Work with Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction and task completion.
  • Though Acquisition responsibility resides with the Business Development teams, Account Executive will support the Acquisition process through ownership of a set of target accounts.
  • Be a document management industry expert
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
  • BA/BS required
  • Minimum of 7 years of Sales experience
  • Ability to articulate Taylor Communication’s Value Proposition in the Twin Cities market
  • Strong knowledge of ROI/ROA concepts, excellent problem solver
  • Excellent relationship building within multiple levels of accounts
  • Excellent Planning discipline: Able to convey the organizational and account vision and ensure accountability of all team members to achieve goals
  • Detail oriented: Able to translate customer needs into actionable SRC deliverables.
  • Display solutions oriented creativity
  • Excellent negotiation skills, presentation skills, written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and delegation skills, achievement oriented
  • Some travel may be required
